I want to upgrade my retropie setup and get this waring during setup:
Unable to install binary for sdl1

Afterwards it tells me 'update successful'.
I'm I on the latest release now? I'm running Emulationstation V2.6.5RP

I have no idea what this means. Could someone tell me what's the issue?

        Just happened to me too...
@leanderv , I checked Synaptic, and it's still installed. I suggest to try to start a port game, and see what happens.

Same here, looks like a dependencies problem between mame4all and libsdl1.2-dev
It just can't find package libsdl1.2-dev at files.retropie.org.uk
But not sure if it's a repository error o a retropie error :-/
            Any clues?

Did not find needed package(s): libsdl1.2-dev. I am trying to install them now.

Was due to a SDL PR I merged that used different binary names and I hadn't rebuilt the bins. I reverted it so update and it should be good to go.
