Where do "save game override" config files save to?

When I change a setting in a game, say change a lr-fbalpha rom to be 4 player instead of the default 2 player, and choose "save game override", where is that "save game override" config file stored?
I now have to manually go into about 100 games and make manual changes to each game, and I know these files are being stored somewhere, but for the life of me I can't find where. If I knew where, I could then back that location up so the next time I'm building a new RetroPie setup from scratch I can just dump in those config file(s) and it'll be back to how I want it. Thanks.
