horizontal sync pulse, vertical sync pulse and pixel clock frequency problem.

I have this parameters, who works great on my CRT TV, but I have some strange noises.
I think horizontal sync pulse, vertical sync pulse and pixel clock frequency are not configured well....
Here is my parameters :
Horizontal resolution : 320
Horizontal front porch : 32
Horizontal sync pulse : 20 (by default)
Horizontal back porch : 61
Vertical resolution : 240
Vertical front porch : 28
Vertical sync pulse : 7 (by default)
Vertical back porch : 28
Frequency : 60
Pixel clock frequency : 6400000 (by default)
With this parameters, I have this :
Horizontal scan rate : 14.78 kHz
Vertical refresh rate : 48.78 Hz
