      hello all,
i am running a rpi-3 with retropie 4.3 image downloaded from the official site. i have 2 snes controllers wired directly into the gpio port and a first generation intellieye mouse in the usb port.

i am trying to get a mouse to work with some snes games. i saw a few places saying to just go into the retroarch config from the game using select+x and setting the input 1 to snes mouse. i did this and the mouse is recognized, it moves the cursor, but there is no response to the buttons. i saw a post somewhere suggesting remapping the buttons but i couldn't figure out how to do that for a mouse.

anybody have suggestions on how to address this problem? if button remapping might fix it, can anyone direct me to some instructions?

any help would be appreciated. thank you

I am having the same issue too. I have a Logitech k400 Plus that works with everything else on my Pi (Doom, Duke Nukem ,etc), but on both lr-snes9x2010 and just regular lr-snes9x, setting it to mouse controls only works for moving the cursor in game, but it won't click, meaning I can't even start Mario Paint.
