    Cannot select a option while in retropie wifi config, can scroll but not access with any button, please help, RetroPie 4.2

      Uh i just got my Pi 3 and i decided to install retropie i hooked up my PowerA Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and when i was trying to set up wifi i could only scroll but not access any of the options none of the buttons worked i had to unplug my pi i tried again and i got the same thing as before i'm new to retropie so please help me! It happens in anything accessed from the RetroPie settings such as raspi-config or retropie-config. I am new to the RetroPie scence, please help me! I'm using RetroPie 4.2 please help!

        @raider2747 Please give more details about your setup, follow https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
        Try hooking up a keyboard and use it to set up the Wifi, exit Emulationstation and execute the setup utility from the terminal, by running

        sudo /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh

          My setup is completely fresh, just wrote the image to the sd card, i'm temporarily using the usb rom transfer method until my problem is fixed

            My problem is fixed, just had to connect to wifi, get things fixed and i'm done! Thanks for da help!
