@hospoti It saves in the same folder where the game is located.

It saves it as a .srm file in the psx roms folder with the same name of the game (for example: Twisted Metal III (USA) (v1.1).srm)

You can use MemcardRex on your PC to convert that save to another format if needed, or change a downloaded save game to .srm so you can use that on your Pi

Also if you play a multi-disc game, it is recommended that you combine all the discs into a single .pbp file to make disc swapping easier. You can do that using this or some places host them already converted (called something like "PSX on PSP ISOs")

@hospoti I forgot to mention, when downloaded saves from the internet and converting it to be able to be used on the pi, you save the save file as a .mcr and then rename it to .srm and then transfer it to the Pi

@sainerd You might have chosen the wrong forum to ask this question - this forum is for RetroPie related topics; this particular topic is about emulation of a memory card by a Playstation 1 emulator and transferring save data from a PS1 memory card to a file to be used by the emulator.
