      I have my RetroPie on my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, and lately obtain the follow Speaker :

      And i wanted to know if it is possible to connect them to the GPIO Pins and configure it so the audio comes out.
      Pin 5 & 6 are already in use for power switch.

        @nickoblack No, not directly. You will need to connect those to an amplifier. Check the link you posted and look at the adafruit description. They list a few options for amplifiers.

        They also make this device which is closer to what you want to do, but it requires software drivers and configuration. I am not familiar with how well it might work, so you are on your own.

        Personally, I would just use one of the cheap amps suggested and connect it to the line out jack.
