Scanlines overlay for 1280x960

Bought a crt monitor Dell ultrascan p991 for shaper image. Now I want to have some scanlines with my sharp image and I found an overlay made by @ruckage . He seemsd helpful so I wanted to ask him here to make an overlay for 1280x960. Or am I doing something wrong, it's for snes, nes and genesis.
