Vertical Alignment?

Hey, I've looked around and have not found a topic, so apologize if it's been answered before, but I'm just wondering if there is a way to vertically align either, more specifically text.

I'm playing around with @chicuelo's theme, where just like @EctoOne, I have taken the overall layout and broke it down to suit me, where I can edit it a bit more. Full credit to chicuelo for the theme, I'm just playing with it for my own liking, will never release it, and would never take credit for it.

Below is how I currently have my layout set up in Photoshop

The "16 BIT" and the "GAMES AVAILABLE" are easy since the text will center in the text box and I create the text box to the dimensions I need.

The logo I can cheat and get it positioned correctly, but the long description will automatically center in a text box, so I'm wondering if I can force it to valign at the bottom.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to lay outs and spacing, so it would really put my OCD at ease if this is possible. And maybe I am completely overlooking something which is highly possible.

I am wondering the same, I think if there is not a center text function, you just can cheat using <br /> to create each line of text and then center manually the block.
Another option is to create the text box with a size and let the text be justified. Not to clean but it could be easier.
If you make a progress please share while I am looking forward to update the theme and make all texts generated by the xml and not from the BG. Im short of time right now but its great to have people interested on helping and making a better release of a theme
