      Hi everyone!
Unfortunately I'm having problems with my wireless controller. I have the steelseries stratusXL for windows/aindroid. I can get it connect in the settings from retropie (and it even works!) but when I go back to the normal desktop it does nothing. Then I tried to set it up with keybindings but it doesn't see my controller.
      What am I doing wrong?
      Thanks!

I'm using the raspberry pi 3 and the newest version of retropie (so 4).

With desktop I mean the retropie screen.

Once You're Paired with the controller press "Start" Then go to "Configure Input" on a already working controller/keyboard.

Then it said I need to hold a key down but when I do this on my controller it does nothing.

It has but does not work that way. The port is only meant for firmware updates

Try using it on a Windows and see if it works.
