Help with retropie? (Web Browser)

I have a pi3 that currently auto boots to retropie.
I would like to create a link to a website to run another program that I am subscribed to called iscored.
I'm not sure what I need to do to give me the option of selecting retropie or this other program.
Anyone able to help?
@psw757 What's the usage for this ?
The use of the iscored app is just a score keeping application for my pinball machines.
There is a website iscored.info that has a video explaining it and the rpi3 is one of the devices that runs it well.
I just don't know how to configure my pi to allow use of the retropie arcade and this app.
@psw757 RetroPie does not include a web browser or a desktop environment in order to run a web browser. You can install the PIXEL desktop environment and then add Chrome to your installation, see the FAQ page here https://retropie.org.uk/docs/FAQ/#where-did-the-desktop-go
Have the pixel downloading right now, is there a tutorial how to get chrome installed.
Thanks for your guidance with this, this is my first time playing around with the pi.
Well I think I have it working.
Just a few questions. I'm able to launch the desktop from boots in retropie now.
Is there a way to create a shortcut to the iscored program or site within retropie boots or on the desktop so I don't have to manually search it in browser?
Thanks for all the help

@psw757 maybe you can have your PIXEL desktop as a launchable option in RetroPie, then have Chrome load at startup, if that is possible in PIXEL. You would have to research that, but it seems like a reasonable thing to be able to figure out. Then, if you set your iscored site as the home page. . .
. . . You should be able to select PIXEL desktop in RetroPie, it will launch desktop GUI, open Chrome at startup, and boom, you should be looking at iScored.
Just a thought.
@psw757 Open the browser preferences and make the web page your homepage or start-up page - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95314?hl=en
