help with an image

ok well i’m pretty new at this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an image that’s on a128gb card, it only takes up about 60 gb. i would like to copy and move it to a smaller card and use my 128 gb for another image. the issue i’m having is when i copy the image, it says it’s a 128gb image so i can’t put it on the smaller gb hard.
