It should be stated upfront that we don't support the use Kodi to stream pirated content. However, since there are many legitimate uses for having Kodi online, such as simply updating components from the official Kodi repository, I think we're on stable ground here.

After browsing past some basic information on VPN services, you should find what you're looking for at the link below.

If you're asking how to use Runcommand in RetroPie, here's a link. If you're asking how to run the commands from that VPN page, you can just exit out of Emulation Station by hitting the 'F4' key and then type the commands from the intrustions on that page into the command line.

Edit: When you're finished, type emulationstation into the command line and press 'Enter' to return to ES.

Again thanks for your help, I've done all what said and get to a part where it says... "Sudo openvpn --config SERVER.ovpn

It replies "options error: in (CMD-LINE):1: error opening configuration file : SERVER ovpn

I haven't ever run through this tutorial myself, but it looks as though you're meant to replace the "SERVER" from SERVER.ovpn with a server address of your choosing. The example in the tutorial uses ipvanish-SE-Stockholm-sto-a01.ovpn.
