      So my ace girlfriend bought me another Pi 3 with an official 7"touchscreen for christmas !!!

      So I want to get RetroPie and Kodi running on this. Will retropie 4.3 support this ???

      I have got it running fine with the latest raspbian stretch and kodi, but really want to try retropie as well

        @mattshaw Have you tried https://retropie.org.uk/docs/First-Installation/ ? It's pretty straight forward and easy to follow. One thing though, Raspbian Stretch is in a beta state right now, so if you want to install on your existing system, then you can either get the beta image from https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/16307/retropie-4-3-11-stretch-images-for-testing/23 or use the manual install instructions from https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Manual-Installation/.

          It will work on current latest stable RetroPie but you won't have touch control on ES and emulators/games inside of it, because there is no support for touchscreens on them currently.

            @mitu and @rascus

            I was talking more about retropie and the touchscreen setup ie. How to conifgure retropie to display correctly on the touchscreen, and some guidance

            If I use a beta version will it have some touchscreen functionality ????

            Thanks

              @mattshaw There is nothing specific in RetroPie to handle a touchscreen display, it's the operating system's job to provide support for such things- Raspbian. If you already have it working with Raspbian, then you can easily install RetroPie on-top.

                  Well, good news :). It's currently in beta (https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/16307/retropie-4-3-11-stretch-images-for-testing/41). If you have a Raspbian Stretch install that works with your touchscreen, then follow the Manual install instructions to instal over it, or just give the RetroPie image a try (and re-do your configuration for the touchscreen).

                    So, I got retropie installed on stretch, and it works brilliantly !!!!

                    So my ace girlfriend comes up trumps for my birthday and got me a pair of Official PS3 controllers for my birthday !!!!

                    It works fine whilst on the usb cable, but I have tried to connect it via bluetooth, both with ps3drivers installed, and uninstalled, via the bluetooth search app, it finds it fine, but then asks to enter a 6 digit code, which I obviously cannot enter

                    I have done everything I found on Google search, but nothing helped

                    Can one of you great guys help me ????
