What is the best way to hide the config menus?

Hello everyone. I am building a system for my church youth group, and would like to remove the system config menu option. What is the best way to do that? Also, what would I do if I needed to gain access to those menus at a later date?

I'm in agreement here, kios/kid mode would be perfect.
Just hope none of them enter the konami code.
