Having an issue with mupen64 hotkeys. If my wireless Xbox 360 controller turns off by itself (I think it shuts off after 15 mins of no input) and then I turn it back on none of the hotkeys work anymore. I have to use my keyboard to exit the emulator. Also a separate issue is that load state will crash the emulator every time. Anything I can do fix these issues?

Pi Model or other hardware: pi 3
      Power Supply used: 5.25v 3a
RetroPie Version Used: 4.3 (I think it started as 4.1 or 4.2 and I updated)
Built From: Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: wireless keyboard, wireless Xbox 360 controller device
      Controller used: Xbox 360 wireless
      Error messages received: none
Emulator: mupen64 (happens using binary version and the current source version)
How to replicate the problem: after xbox360 wireless controller automatically turns off, hotkeys no longer work when you turn the controller back on.
