Retropie problems with new raspberry Pi 3 B+

Hi there, i have just received my new model of raspberry pi 3 b+, unfortunatelly when i downloaded and installed retrpie 4.3 image on my microsd card, i inserted the microsd card in my retropie but nothing happens. The screen show only the colored bars but the system doesn't load and anythings happen. Could you please help me ? Thank you for all. Best. Francesco

i just installed the stretch image successfully but now i cannot get the wifi working on the B+. I'm a serious noob so im already out of my depth. In the config menu when i search for wifi i have two options "0" and "H" for hidden essid. I put in my network id and password with wpa-2 password but it is unable to connect to my network. any help would be greatly appricated.

In the thread that's linked above, with the download for the stretch image, the poster explains this very issue, as well as the resolution for it:

WiiFi is disabled until wireless regulatory domain is set (Pi 3 B+ only)

The domain can be done through 'Raspberry Pi Configuration' (rc_gui),

'raspi-config' or by setting 'country=' to an appropriate ISO 3166

alpha2 country code in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf.

Hi I'm having problems with new 3plus and controllers to work on the to me they all navigate ps3 ps4 keyboard and new but won't work on the roms any help appriciated saves me opening a topic I new u should of stayed with 3b its just to new lol

Hey Can some one please help me!
so i downloaded 32gb-V6.3-4.4.0-Base.Edition.Vman-2Play
image to upload on my 3b+ but for some reason i keep getting an error.

im kind of stuck! im starting to think it could be the SD card.
i tried uploading the image to de SD card on applepie baker and etcher and both give me the same error.

3td party images are not supported. Use the official image and post a new topic if needing help with it
