Splash screen error

Hello this is Vgn Gaming and I have been having a minor cosmetic issue with the video splash screens not working while booting. I have installed 2 .mp4’s that are to play at random....when the system boots up it displays the splash video for about 5 seconds then both my “VISO” and “SAMSUNG” tv’s will turn blue displaying a error of “Not Supported!!!” Then I wait 10 more seconds till the game list loads up....so in short screen saver doesn’t work for a few seconds but I am very pleased with the properly working games and UI....I have a raspberry pi 3 B running a fresh copy of retropie 4.3 with no usb’s Plugged in...the screens are both 1080 p and that is what the resilution I have the retropie set to run at....I am new to retropie...but not to computers....so if you could help me thought this that would be great!! (Note: I am very pleased with my retropie and love it so much...if it can’t be fixed, I can still play all my games fine) thanks!!!!

@vgn-gaming What resolution are your video files ? Where did you copy the files ?
