One Button Game Exit

Hey all. I've setup my dual xin-mo joy sticks and buttons. My setup is a 1 and two player start, an insert coin button between them (doubles as select in console games, hopefully both players can share it in emulation), two joysticks, and six buttons per player. I have one button left. I was considering putting it on the side of my arcade cabinet as a back button to exit games. I've setup my PS4 controller to work and I know about the exit and hot key buttons. However, how would you set up exit or back on just one button instead of a combination of two buttons?

You set the Hotkey and the Exit Emulator to the same button, the down side is that you will not be able to use any other hotkey like save states.

@lilbud thanks! I figured if the two were the same button then only one would function in that respect. I appreciate the explanation!

I'm a total newbie about to make a very simular setup, so I wonder if this is working out for you or there are any problems?

Having one insert coin button (and not two) , and 2) having it double as select.
Having Hotkey and Exit Emulator set to the same button?
