      Hello,
      Here is my problem.
I have created a retropie image, latest version with ready-made settings, 105-key keyboard, in fr. But many people have a concern that does not have access to the enter key, is this normal?
That tonight on keyboard type rii8 bluetooth or even USB, while at home it works very well.
Is there a cure for this key problem on keyboards?
      Thank you in advance

Also, if you don't mind me asking, where and for what purpose are you distributing your image? You should know that we won't be able to assist anyone using it on this forum, as we have a strict policy against supporting 3rd party images. If they ever have problems, it will be up to you or them solve those issues.

it is a basic image with configuration only. No Roms, no illegal thing, only a configuration ready to use.

            @cyclair said in Enter Keyboards?:

            No Roms, no illegal thing

That's good to know. Of course you should still be aware that the statement about 3rd party images still applies to those without ROMs.

Yes of course. So for my key problem enter where can the problem come from? Is there a file to edit to change the keyboard keys?

The keyboard layout settings are found under 'Internationalization' in the raspiconfig tool, accessible from the RetroPie menu of Emulation Station. Perhaps there's a more appropriate selection than what you're currently using.

yes I have already changed that. what I would like is to be able to assign to a key, because no key enter is recognized with the keyboard, only the arrow keys and escape.

@cyclair You'd do that from the ES input configuration dialog, you'll need to map the keyboard to act as a controller - and probably assign the enter key to one of the buttons to act as one.

@mitu yes but the worry has no key enter, I can not validate and enter the input menu. therefore i would like to know if it is possible to modify a file to modify the key directly in the file can not validate in the menu

@cyclair In this case follow @mediamogul's advice and set the keyboard type with the raspi-config tool. You might have to use SSH to run it, if your enter key is not working. Or maybe you have a peculiar keyboard type which is not well understood by linux.

@mitu indeed with a USB keyboard no key enter, but with a Bluetooth keyboard type rii8 the enter key is volume +. it's weird ...

I found the file to modify, it is the file retroarch.cfg, which I modify to put the keys that I want.
Here it could be for other people.

Thank you for your answers and your help anyway.
