Retropi Config Menu not appearing

I set up my pi to load roms directly from a flash drive and for the most part everything works great, with the rather notable exception that my retropi config menu, the one that shows up next to the emulators has completely dissapeared, along with Ports and all the other things that are installed on install. Any ideas on how to get those back?

@fluffymastodons Copy the
retropiefolder from the - original sd card - ROMs folder onto the flash drive.
