So I added a ton of roms to my retropie when I first set it up. How do I go about adding more roms? I have a small capacity thumb drive and I added all NES, SNES and Sega roms. With all those roms my thumb drive was about at max capacity (only like 4gb). If i wants to add Nintendo 64 roms I will need to delete the other roms to make space on the thumb drive. Will it mess up the roms i already installed on the SD card if plug the thumb drive back in and those roms are no longer in their respective folders?

Assuming you used the USB drive to transfer ROMs and not run them off the drive, it should be ok. What method did you first use to transfer the ROMs ?

@mitu I loaded retropie onto the sd card, then rebooted. then I started back up and put in the USB to populate it with the folders. Then took it to my PC and added all the roms. Then plugged it back in. So no I am not running them off the USB. I just didnt know if I plugged the USB back in to add more roms, with the original roms removed, if it would remove them from the SD card
