thats the goal the issues on git hub that are fixed need closed and any new ones presented so we know for sure.

There is no known issue where a mame2003 romset/game works worse in mame2003-plus-libretro than in mame2003-libretro. Testers (always) needed.

@markwkidd this has all been a team effort its so much better no we can work together with libretro
