      How do you set controller inputs with lr-atari800?
      My Atari 5200 roms launch correctly from EmulationStation, but none of my controller inputs work except for hotkey combos. SELECT+START exits the game, SELECT+X opens RGUI, etc, but none of my buttons work to play the game.

      With it being a Libretro core, should it use my configured Retroarch controller inputs? Or is there a step I need to take to configure in-game inputs?

      No inputs are defined in my atari800.cfg file.

        Never mind. I figured it out.

        I added the following line:
        input_libretro_device_p1 = "513"
        to
        /opt/retropie/configs/atari5200/retroarch.cfg

        This seems to have fixed it

          You can do this through the UI by going into Controls and setting player 1 and player 2 controls from RetroPad to Atari Joystick.
