Fiddling with VICE on RetroPie 4.1 (non libretro) to get an optimal CRT emulation in FullHD resolution, and finally got it right (scanlines look good and no evident moire effect), just to find out that while without CRT emulation I get steady 50FPS, by enabling CRT emulation the performance drops to 35FPS steady

Any of you guys got experiences with this and found a way to get better results than mine? Of course overclocking could be an option, but I haven't tried yet

      Pi Model: 3
      Power Supply used: 2.5 amp
      RetroPie Version: 4.1
      Emulator: VICE (no libretro)
