RetroPie Suddenly Booting Into Terminal

Pi Model: Pi 3b
Power Supply used: A 50/60hz 250mA
RetroPie Version Used: 4.4
Built From: Premade Image
USB Devices connected: USB Keyboard, external hard drive Western Digital 2 TB and a USB controller.
Controller used: PS4 and Tronsmart Mars G02
Error messages received: Shows this-
/opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token ')'
/opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh: line 1: 'while pgrep onxplayer >/dev/null; do sleep 1; done (sleep 10; npg123 -Z /home/pi/bgm/*mp3 >dev/null Z>&1) &'I tried using the Universal XML Scraper to get better images for my RetroPie setup. I got them all downloaded and everything, but as soon as I plugged my external hard drive back in, it only boots into the terminal. I thought maybe it was the folder from the XML Scraper so I took them off but it didn't change anything. I went into the settings and checked the auto boot info and it is set to autoboot into the EmulationStation but it doesn't make a difference. I'll go into the settings and double make sure that it's set to it again and after a reboot it still boots into EmulationStation. It works fine, and worked fine before but all of a sudden it started doing this. The only thing I can think of is maybe the config files from the XML program may have changed something that I don't see. Any help would really be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Not really all of a sudden, the error you posted indicates you modified the
autostart.shfile to add some background music scripts, but the commands you added are not correctly written and the auto-start fails because of that - hence the Emulationstation not showing up.
You can either remove the offending line or post the exact contents of yourautostart.shfile you modified to see if we can spot the error. -

This is your issue. You need a power supply 10x more powerful!

Not really all of a sudden, the error you posted indicates you modified the
autostart.shfile to add some background music scripts, but the commands you added are not correctly written and the auto-start fails because of that - hence the Emulationstation not showing up.
You can either remove the offending line or post the exact contents of yourautostart.shfile you modified to see if we can spot the error.Thank you for the reply. I tried my hardest to find the autostart.sh file last night before I posted on here but I was unable to. Could you tell me how to go about finding the file? I'm sorry, I'm pretty new at this kind of stuff.

If you didn't add the line yourself, then I'm sorry, but we don't support 3rd party pre-made images. If you didn't download the image from the RetroPie site, then we cannot offer support for it.

@mitu I did add the line myself, I just mean is there a way to get the file through WinSCP so I can post it on here? I tried looking through my computer connected to it on that but I couldn't find it. I couldn't find the folder it was in.
