Hello. So, I got an standard Green Power LED out of an junk Computer, and wanted it to soder to my Pi. I have an Green and an White Wire, if the color matters. To which GPIO Pin do I have to sother the Cables?

Depends on the led you have. You should be able to attach it to 5V and GND if it's a 5V led.
