      I am aware RetroPie cannot open .zip files for N64 emulator. However, on my last RetroPie I configured the N64 emulator to read .zip files and .ZIP as well as all the other file types. Raspberry Pie 3 with 4.4 installed. Please help!

            @TheDataCereal @SnozzberryPie That's cool, I didn't know that. Just curious though, the link specifies lr-mupen64plus. Have either of you tried it with the default non-lr mupen64plus?

              @nightfire

              /opt/retropie/configs/n64/mupen64plus.cfg edits the standard mupen64plus emulator settings. At my level of expertise(or really a lack thereof) I am unsure how the cores are separated but the es_systems.cfg also lists editable extensions and I would presume if the mupen64plus.cfg doesn't also affect the libreto version, then this probably does.

              I base my info off of exploration and reading the docs : https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Nintendo-64/ ; so I could be wrong.
