Snes9x2010 No video, Audio only

Raspbery Pi "model 3B" Retropie the last version of Jessie before "Stretch". Okay all I did recently was do "retropie script update" then went into choose manually update snes9x 2010 emu either by binary or source, same results. I only get audio and no video signal. I tried Snes9x2002 and 2005 versions working fine. But what the hell happened, It was working fine without issue. Other emulators working from arcade to console. I believe I have pisnes and armsnes working. Am I the only one?
Neogeo still has annoying video resolution issue. I can see video resolution scrolling background incorrect, like multiple giant squares (like dominos 12 square invisible pieces) moving uneven through the screen. I would attempt to create a video to show the difference, but I just had surgery. So I would have to wait a week to do so.

Probably one of the only ones using this version of
lr-snes
. If you enable verbose logging in the Runcommand launch menu, do you get any errors in/dev/shm/runcommand.log
?
What's the RetroPie version you have installed ? -

I know what happened now. Considering I just moved back. I had it originally hooked up to a PC LCD monitor, that's must of triggered incorrect video input. I removed current state video settings and chose default retropie settings. I'm HAPPY Now, thank you. Currently using an HDTV. I want to update to Stretch, but going to wait a few more months. I already heard about people trying update to Stretch and causing a bit of mess.
I will talk about the neogeo video issue soon when I get better. Overall neogeo works, but very picky what's going on, it just scrolls awkward, just imagine a tray of domino square pieces moving from left to right.
I did choose to enable "Verbose logging" like you said and nothing really happened no video signal message that tv usually says.
