Run ppsspp with smaller render window

Is there any way to config ppsspp games to not fun fullscreen, but rather somewhat smaller? A game on 55 inch tv no matter what pi3 overclock magic I do doesn't look great to me. I prefer to do, something like what I can do with gba emulation and run it at a smaller screen with a bezel. I don't see an option in the escape menu to not stretch ti fit.
