Enablin Emulation Config

Hello community!
I have read it all through the RetroPie Documentation and Forum but I cannot find a solution to my problem.
When I press A button before a game is launched, I succsfully get to the Runcommand Menu. The problem is that I am not able to enable all the video resolution and plugin options (Options number 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7):
image url)This happens to every single emulator and system I try.

@alexgtorres91 What makes you think options 3-7 really exist ? That's not an order number there, it's a hotkey to activate the option next to it.
