Just setup a new install of Retropie 3 on a new Raspberrypi 3 and copied over several games.
All the systems are appearing on the menu except for the Nintendo DS..
Is there some step I am missing to get this system to appear?

@breyyne have you installed the DS emulator? Not all systems have emulators installed by default. Go to RetroPie setup to check and install missing system emulators.
