      I downloaded a pack of custom bezels for arcade machines, mostly for MAME and FBA. Could someone tell me where to place the .cfg and.png files so that ES can recognize them?

        Check instructions here. You'll also find over 100 quality overlays made for retropie ;-)

          Still I cannot get these working. I looked at the link you provided but when I launch a game the new bezels are not being recognized. There must be something in a config file that is not pointing to the new bezels.

          All of my bezels are located in the /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/overlay/arcadebezels/ folder/

          each game has a png (artwork) and config file in that folder.

          for example:
          1941.png
          1941.cfg

          config data:
          overlays = 1
          overlay0_overlay = 1941.png
          overlay0_fullscreen = true
          overlay0_descs = 0

              @johnnyb To setup bezels you need 2 cfgs per rom.
              The romname.zip.cfg must be created and placed in the same folder as the rom is in.
              Check the example for 1941 on what the cfgs contain.

                that temple of doom bezel is 2560x1440 pixels. you may need to resize them so that they match your display resolution.
