New mame version, new game with a nice story

Hello everybody,

Mame 0.199 is now out (no, not on retropie), and amongst other things, it renders available "El Fin del Tiempo".
It's a long time lost Spanish arcade game that nearly disappeared (AFAIU only one cabinet was found), and it was finally restored and dumped after years of research and work.
