new to this. how cam i scrape roms on a external hard disk

Hi I have read multiple posts but cant seem to find out how to scrape my rom collection on my external hard drive. Any help would be great :)

@jackdeth Use Stephen Selph's scraper and enable the Use rom folder for gamelists & images option before starting to scrape (it's not the default, so it must be toggled).
