How to report companies selling open source software?

I stumbled upon a a fairly legit looking company on Facebook selling raspberry pis loaded with roms. How do we go about reporting companies that sell open source software and emulators? Here is the company's FB Retro Naut.

@tonberryhunter We have limited power to do anything, although I intend to register our trademark / brand at ebay / facebook and see if that helps. In the past facebook have ignored our copyright and trademark misuse claims.
