      Hello to you all,

I just ordered an MSI Cubi 3 Silent S in the idea to a) accelerate my DIY arcade cabinet that's currently running on a Pi 3b, and b) at the same time use it as a file server, thus making my trusty old NAS obsolete. Using it as a LAN game server on occasion is also a possibility I ponder with. It would reside in the cabinet, connected via gigabit ethernet.

Does anyone have experiences with the MSI Cubi 3? The test results I read seem promising. Any other ideas for practical applications in this kind of setup?

Since I plan to run it on Linux, suggestions in that regard are also welcome. 😊 I have experience in Debian-based distributions, namely (K)Ubuntu and Raspbian.

(I put this in the General section, because I don't consider it a support request – yet. If problems arise, I will open new threads accordingly.)

      Best regards
      Clyde
