So I have an i5 7th gen HP Prodesk 8 gigs of ram and 1TB SSD Drive. that they basically gave away at the office and I wanted to try and run PCSX2 on it so I could play some of my old games. installed Ubuntu 16.04, I updated it, installed Retropie, and a few emulators that I can not get to run on my Pi 3 Plus. I have most of them working fine, and PCSX2 was hard to get going. I have it up and running. However is there a better way to exit from PCSX2 to ES? I have to hit exit on my keyboard... That's no fun... I have looked all in the configs where you set up the controllers, and I have looked all over the net for advice. I hear nothing, anyone, here able to give me a hand?

      Thanks in advance,

I have the same issue. Some PCSX2 team members have made a request about exiting from a gamepad buttons, while some others say "this is not a priority for the project" :

I find it ridiculous, but... well, this is how some people think
