      Hi,

I have installed retropi on Ubuntu 18 on my x64 laptop, but there is no wii or Nintendo Ds or PS2 as a platform to choose.

how can I install PS2 Wii and Nintendo DS on it?

Those emulators are not installed by default. You'll have to manually install the pcsx2, lr-desmume and dolphin packages.

          Hi,
I searched Retropi deeper and found 2 solutions:

          for normal users:
you have to install the Platforms via retropi setup as experimental packages:

or for Power User & Development:

          Method:

I've been running PCSX2 for a while, it is heavily optimized for Windows and you are going to have a significant performance drop unless your machine is a beast.

System Config: Retropie 4.4 with full desktop, RPi 3B, 256gb SD, 5v 2.1A 5,200 mAH USB battery. EasyMSX controller mounted with Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 (non touch). Also running 4.6 on a 4gb Pi 4 serving as my primary desktop computer now.
