Hi there my pc is a laptop lenovo ideapad 320 running linux:
      processor: AMD A10-9620P
      Ram: 8Gb
      video card: AMD Radeon R7
      Hard disk: 1Tb

When I was on Ubuntu using retropie, I was able to play every neogeo rom without problem. Now I am using Kubuntu, the other emulators works well but any neo geo emulator I try to use just doesn't run any game. What can be the problem? The rom set is the same I was using before, so I can't understand why

Did you copy the neogeo.zip BIOS to the ROM folder?
Enable verbose logging in the Runcommand launch menu, then get the log file - after unsuccessfully running a ROM - from /dev/shm/runcommand.log and put its contents on pastebin.com so we can take a look.
