remove config override to save config on exit

I recently installed a RetroPie image made from stock Retropie by my friend on my pi 3B. And for whatever reason, there are overlays on my emulators, and the aspect ratio is also very bad. I tried reconfiguring them in the Retroarch GUI by hotkey + X, but they won't save after I exited the game, and when I relaunch the games there's a line that says 'config override loaded' at the bottom of the screen. Anyone has any solution please, because the games all runs with the annoying overlays and the game window got moved to the top left of my TV, which is super frustrating :))

@harrycool25 We don't support 3rd party images - why don't you ask your friend ?
