cant get xbox 360 controller to work with any lr-snes9x emulators

I have my 360 wireless controller working with all other console emulators but lr-snes9x (all versions).
Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling them and deleting the gamepad button mapping and reassigning them. Nothing works.
Help plz!
