Nespi case safeshutdown not working

Hey there,
I've just purchased the nespi plus case and it looks awesome!!!
Btw I'm having some trouble to set the buttons up, the shutdown and the reset ones don't work.
I've already installed the script and set the switch on "on" inside the case to enable the safe shutdown, but the script doesn't seem to start executing!
Please help me, I don't know what to do!
