Raspberry Pi Error - RetroPie Auto Login fails
-
Hey Guys, I'm new to this and I was wondering if there is a legend out there who can help me.
After trying to put some roms on my RetroPie Emulator console., it started showing a message that a roms Permission was denied. And my Auto login failed. I went on my laptop and used Disk Genius to look into my files and delete the faulty Rom.
My console started up again, but somehow my emulator was 98 percent full and I was unable to load some roms suddenly and the ones that did load I couldn't save the state. Also the emulator had pictures and descriptions of games which were removed also (at some games)
I didn't know what to do, and in panic I tried updating basic. From the RetroPie config
It crashed at the end and I had to reset the power.
Then my console got a similar error as the one before saying something :
The programs included with the Debian GNU/Linux system are free software; the exact distribution terms for each program are described in the individual files in /usr/share/doc/*/copyright.
Debian GNU/Linux comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law.Is there somebody who can help me (please no tough terms since I'm not that familiar with this)
I don't have a raspberry installed on my laptop, read some things about performing shh.
There's no message of the day folder in etc/
There's no /* foldermap, in share/doc/.. Event ho the errors says there should be.
I just want to play my emulator and restore it the way it was, so either by downloading it again or just removing the error.
Anybody able to help, I don't mind giving some money for helpful advice
Cheers.
