      Hi there -

I am trying to adjust the polling rate of my spinner by editing the how do i edit /boot/cmdline.txt... but - I'm not sure how to access/edit this!

I am navigating to my pie via a Windows PC. Is the boot directory not vsible?

Or - can someone walk me through how to access and then edit it via a command line prompt?

      Many thanks!

It should be the only directory visible on a Windows system, but it's actually a partition, so the cmdline.txt should show directly on the partition labeled boot.
