      Hi what do I have to do to get a 3.5inch touch screen to play retropie?can I just simply plug n play?

        You would need to install drivers. My Pimoroni Hyperpixel is the non-touch version (touch screens are the work of Satan. FACT.) but it is about the same size as the Pi 3 B, and you just need to enable the wifi for the online install script to work.

        I'm not sure how the touch screen would work with ES.

        System Config: Retropie 4.4 with full desktop, RPi 3B, 256gb SD, 5v 2.1A 5,200 mAH USB battery. EasyMSX controller mounted with Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 (non touch). Also running 4.6 on a 4gb Pi 4 serving as my primary desktop computer now.

          Dude I can't find that non touchscreen on Amazon UK or other places

              @bubbypop666 Adafruit carries them.
