I don't actually have a problem or issue, I'm just kind of confused about something.

If I go to "Retropie" from the gui and select "Configuration Editor" -> "Basic Libretro configuration options" -> "Configure default options for all Libretro emulators" I can choose the joystick order (which is really helpful!) but here's my question: that menu claims it's editing opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg, but if I ssh in and look at that file I don't see any line referring to joystick order. Am I just not seeing it? Or if it's not there, where the heck is the system saving that bit of information?

Sorry this question's kind of nitty-gritty. I'm just trying to learn as much about the configs as possible.

@brimby The configuration options are input_player1_joypad_index, input_player2_joypad_index, etc.
