      Hi

      I installed RetroPie on Raspberry Pi 3B + (4.14.79-v7 + / Installed on an existing system) and after entering the command emulationstation in the CLI the following error appears:

      RetroPie version:

      I'm using bluetooth keyboard and an External USB drive for backup.

      Power Supply: DC 5.1V / 3.1A

      Is there anyone able to help me?

      I will add that I have the experimental GL driver turned off.

        @TomoS Emulationstation must be launched from the terminal, it's not going to work from an existing X.org/Desktop session. You'll also have to turn off/stop your login manager/display manager if you have one started.
