Have a new PowerBlock that I've now installed on an existing Pi card and also on a brand new fresh retropie setup. In both cases it boots up, light flashes and everything works. However the light continues to flash and turning the switch off doesn't change anything. What is my next step?

Ok, so I had a second PowerBlock on hand and plugged that one in instead and it worked fine. So I'm left thinking this is a hardware issue with the board itself...

The PowerBlock driver was installed all the time or only with the second PowerBlock? The behaviour that you observe is the same when the PowerBlock driver is not installed.

@petrockblog Yes, the driver was installed. It was the same Pi hardware and image, just swapped out the PowerBlock hardware.
