I'm still very new to the raspberry pi thing, I've setup emulation and front ends on PC with launchbox without much issue. But I'm struggling to figure this one out. I have my pi up and running with attract mode, everything seems good, except I can't get the arcade control panel I built to work properly with it, I know it functions as a keyboard, but I can't get my key binds to save and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I read through the retroarch config stuff and I can't seem to figure it out. I want to be able to go into each console and configure them separately. I've done everything I can think of or that I've found online and can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,
      Nick

Can you add more info about your system, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first ? What type of controller are you using ? You might want to switch to Emulationstation as frontend and configure it, since this will also generate a gamepad auto-configuration for RetroArch.
